Firstly, the official trailer for the upcoming movie ‘Burden’ has now been released today. It is starring Usher Raymond, Forest Whitaker, and Garrett Hedlund.
So, the film is about Mike Burden (Hedlund), an orphan who was raised by Ku Klux Klan (Tom Wilkinson). He is a leader of a local chapter. Then Mike falls in love with a mother (Andrea Riseborough) who’s single, so she tries to convince him to change his violent way and to leave the Klan. And Reverend Kennedy who plays Whitaker, a pastor who seeks to protect Burden. When his girlfriend and her son was threatening by the Klan.

So, when a museum celebrates the Klu Klux Khan which opens in a small South Carolina town, as the idealistic Reverend Kennedy (Academy Award-Winner Forest Whitaker). He resolves to do all in his power to prevent long-simmering racial tensions from boiling over. But the members of Kennedy’s congregation are shocked as he discovered that his plan includes sheltering Mike Burden ( plays Andrea Riseborough) and a high-school friend (Usher Raymond) who forces him to re-examine his long-held beliefs. So, after Kennedy helps Mike leave behind his violent past. Then the Baptist preacher finds himself on a collision course with manipulative KKK leader Tom Griffin (Tom Wilkinson). So, in the face of grave threats to himself and his family, the resolute Kennedy bravely decides a path of peace. Setting aside his own misgiving in the hopes of healing his wounded community. And Robbie Brenner (Dallas Buyers Club) who is an Oscar-nominated filmmaker. Also, writer/director Andrew Hecklar comes this dramatic true story of compassion and grace in the American South.
Lastly, the powerful film being produced and directed by Andrew Heckler is set to show in the theaters on 28th Feb 2020.
