J.Cole Confirms 3 New Albums, Teases Retirement || LATEST HIP HOP NEWS AND RUMOURS

Tonight brings a big update as J.Cole confirms 3 new albums and updates us about his music plans further.

In November 29 J.Cole plays from his album The Fall Off for his album promo at the Day N Vegas Festival. The concept was a Presidential campaign and the 2020 posters seemed to imply that the album would be out this year. With New Music Friday left before 2021, things were bleak.

However, tonight he makes a rare Instagram post giving a big fat update on his music plan. As J.Cole confirms 3 albums coming on the way.

He confirms that three projects are on the way, two of which we know of and one of which is a news announcement. It looks like first up is The Off-Season, which was announced when Cole dropped his ‘Album Of The Year’ freestyle.

Moreover, some had speculated that “the off-season” was just a way of describing Cole’s 2018=2019 feature run. But it looks like it is indeed it’s own project, potentially a tape full of freestyle.

The latest project that we will get to hear is known as It’s A Boy . which seems to suggest that the title of the album hints about dedicating his first child.

Last but not the least is The Fall Off itself. Besides, in the caption the rapper seems to imply after the release of The Fall Off he will retire. As we all know he has been playing with this thought since 2016.
