And now a compilation album is made available for streaming and retail release. And a large number of people believes that he will never top his first outing.
However, as much as having the tapes on streaming platforms is nice. It has never felt the same hearing the mastered versions of songs; as well as having pieces missing due to sample clearance issues.
But today, The Weeknd has some great news for his fans. So, the superstar has announced on Twitter that this Sunday; to mark ten years since the release of it. The Weeknd House Of Balloons, in its original form, will be soon available on all streaming platforms. Which means that all the songs will be mixed exactly as they were with nothing missing due to clearance issues.
Besides, this is massive. You all have to wonder if Echoes Of Silence and Thursday will get the same treatment later this year. In addition to the album, The Weeknd will also unveil an exclusive merchandise drop to celebrate the House of Balloons release.
Also, the album features a collaboration with Daniel Arsham’s new interpretation of the iconic cover art and 1,000 limited-edition vinyl.
Moreover, earlier today, a new song from The Weeknd titled ‘Better Believe’ surfaced online.
